【一気通貫】

　こんにちは。東京都東久留米市、創業65年ウェルビーイングな化粧品製造業ローザ特殊化粧料(rosa603special)、日本大学インターン如月2022のA4です。
　
　3月9日で我々グループのインターンシップ期間は終了しました。そんな最終日に何をしていたのかというと……石鹸切りです。石鹸を切って溶かしやすくして、新しい形に作り変えるための作業をしていました。実は我々、初日にも石鹸を切って溶かしておりまして。これが「一気通貫」ということでしょうか？　一気通貫と言うには１日多いですけどね……（笑）
　この材料の下拵えから加工、パッケージ、宣伝までを全て自分たちで行うというのは、知行合一を掲げ、モットーとするローザらしい、ローザ特有の作業でしょう。会社の理念に沿った作業をし、その通りの学習ができたことは、非常に貴重な経験であったと考えます。１０日間の実習お疲れさまでした。ありがとうございました！
　
　
　　Hello. I am A4 from Rosa Special Cosmetics (rosa603special), a wellbeing cosmetics manufacturing company established 65 years ago in Higashikurume City, Tokyo, and Nihon University intern Kisaragi 2022.
　
　9th32022 our group's internship period has ended. What we were doing on such a last day is ...... soap cutting. We were cutting soap to make it easier to dissolve and remold it into a new shape. Actually we were also cutting and melting soap on the first day. Is this what you mean by "Ikki Tsukan"?　It's a day too many to say it's all in one go. ...... (laughs)
　The fact that they do everything themselves, from the preparation of the ingredients to processing, packaging, and advertising, is probably unique to Rosa, a company that upholds the motto of "Chiko Goitsu" (knowledge, action, and cooperation). We believe it was a very valuable experience to work in line with the company's philosophy and to learn as we went along. Thank you!
